For those not wanting to run the course, there will be a large color war on June 25 at 11:30 a.m. Each person on a team will be given a sock full of cornstarch and food dyes to throw and make a colorful fun mess with.

Registration for the color war is $5 per person and can be done in advance at https://secure.rec1.com/OR/hermiston-or/catalog.

After the race there will be activities available at the Family Fun Center such as laser tag, bounce houses, knocker ball and a dunk tank. Unlimited play wristbands will be available for $20.
