Shoo-fly Pie Social and contest

Each year a variety of home-baked goodness contributed by local pie bakers are lined up for all to sample. One dollar buys a slice and a vote for your favorite.

First, second and third place prizes will be awarded based on the decision of the live audience. All attendees are encouraged to bring their best pie. Specially prepared pies will be auctioned during the show as well.

To donate a homemade pie, call Carolyn Lochert, 541-398-1089.

The evening also features a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds from the Hootenanny go directly to fund music alliance programs in Wallowa Valley throughout the year, which include youth musicals, Wallowa Fiddle Tunes Camp, Tunesmith Night, Courthouse Concert Series, classical music series and more.
