Booster Bash benefits Boardman programs
BOARDMAN — The 2025 Riverside Pirates Booster Bash is April 5, 5-9 p.m. at the Port of Morrow’s Riverfront Center, 2 Marine Drive.
The 21 and older event includes a tri-tip dinner, raffles, door prizes, a dessert auction and live/silent auctions. Only 150 tickets will be sold. They are $35 each and can be purchased at the RHS office or from coaching staff.

Still time to catch ‘Fools’
PENDLETON — College Community Theatre brings Neil Simon’s classic comedy “Fools” to life in the Bob Clapp Theatre at Blue Mountain Community College, 2411 NW Carden Ave., Pendleton.
“Fools” runs through March 2 with shows beginning at 7 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and at 2 p.m. Sundays.

Mother/Son event tickets on sale now
PENDLETON — Mothers and their sons can level up their gaming and dance moves during a video game dance party.
Hosted by Pendleton Parks and Recreation, the Mother Son Digital Disco is April 19, 2-5 p.m. at the Pendleton Recreation Center, 510 SW Dorion Ave. Tickets go on sale Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. It’s open to sons ages 5-14 and their moms/mother figures.

Cruise into Toddler Takeover in Hermiston
HERMISTON — Children can pedal their energy off during Toddler Takeover at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S. Highway 395.
Moms and dads need to load up their child’s ride — trikes, scooters and Big Wheels — to enjoy indoor riding each Thursday through Feb. 27 from 9-10:30 a.m. Next month, the activity will be available on a pair of Tuesdays — March 11 and 25. The drop-in fee is $1 per child.
The activity is open to children 5 and under — parents must remain onsite during the event. In addition to a designated riding area, there is a pit stop play area with activities.

Monthly dance in Walla Walla is March 4
WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla Friends of Acoustic Music and Whitman Social Dance Club has a dance on Tuesday, March 4, 7-9 p.m. at Whitman College’s Reid Center ballroom, 280 Boyer Ave.
Live music will be provided by Big Joe and dances will be called and taught by Arielle Cooley and other local callers.

Free concert features harpsichord music
WALLA WALLA — The First Thursday Concert Series in Walla Walla will feature “Little-Known Treasures of the Harpsichord.”
Sister Jo Baim will perform a variety of works of 17th-century composers on Thursday, March 6, 12:15-12:45 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 323 Catherine St. Attendees are invited to bring a bag lunch to enjoy while listening to music. Although the concert is free, donations are accepted for the Blue Mountain Humane Society.

Michael Salgado tunes up in Eastern Oregon
HERMISTON — As part of his 30th Anniversary Tour, Michael Salgado will perform at the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center, 1705 E. Airport Road.
As a singer and accordionist, Salgado performs norteño/tejano music. The two-time Latin Grammy winner is known for his deep, emotive vocals and his ambidextrous accordion abilities.
Don’t miss a chance to dance the night away, the 21 and older show is March 15 at 8:30 p.m. The doors open at 7 p.m. Advance general admission tickets are $65 and, if available, will be $90 at the door. PENDLETON — Heritage Station Museum is planning a trivia night for Saturday, March 29, from 5-8 p.m.
The evening includes trivia, dinner by 3rd Generation BBQ, and a silent auction.
Teams can have up to six players. Tickets are $25 per person or $120 per table for a group of six.
Dinner options are: pulled pork sandwiches, chicken breast sandwiches, macaroni salad, baked beans and a green salad.

AGT comic to perform at Wildhorse
MISSION — Comedian Josh Blue will perform March 29, 8 p.m. in the Rivers Event Center at Wildhorse Resort & Casino. The doors open at 7 p.m.
Blue won “Last Comic Standing” in 2006 and placed third during Season 16 of “America’s Got Talent.” He’s known for his improvisational skills, offering unique shows every time he takes the stage.
