Food and drink establishments from around Eastern Oregon will set up at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort for the Taste of Nordic event Sunday, March 24.

ANTHONY LAKES — Fuel your snow fun with tasty bites and drinks during the 10th annual Taste of Nordic event at Anthony Lakes Mountain Resort on Sunday, March 24.

Vendors will be set up along the Nordic trails from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. that day. This is a family-friendly event, and those ages 21 and older must have a wristband to purchase alcoholic beverages.

“This event continues to grow in popularity and brings together locals and visitors with almost half of participants from out of the area — from Boise to Tri-Cities to Portland,” said Chelsea Judy, ALMR marketing director.

She said Taste of Nordic drew nearly 400 participants in 2023.

“This is a great way to get outside with family and friends, whether you ski or not,” she said.

Everything will be purchased with tokens, which will be sold at the main lodge, the Nordic Outpost and along the trails on the day of the event. Get ahead by buying tokens in advance at the retail shop in the lodge.
