Art Center East in La Grande will have a closing reception for The Big annual art exhibit on Friday, Jan. 31, 6-8 p.m. at the center, 1006 Penn Ave. The evening includes the announcement of the People’s Choice award at 6:30 p.m. and the final chance to meet the show’s featured artists.
